THE HATS
The Hats have been playing together since 2005, and in that time have grown into an upbeat funk/blues band with such a modern twist that you won't be able to keep still! By the end of '08 they have played a string of U.K. Festivals including the ever exciting Lamer Tree Festival and the huge Bristol's Habourside Festival, then followed with 7 dates in the north of France. All this was backing their E.P., Big in Malta. Recorded at Bink Bonk Studios, it captures their live and fresh take on raw blues and solid grooves.
This year, The Hats continue to play their favorite U.K venues in various cities including Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Plymouth, Newquay, Leeds, Edinburgh and London. Over the summer, The Hats played throughout a six week tour of France, Tour Soleil. This included 2 dates at the infamous Le Train Bleu and a triumphant return to Lamer Tree Festival, along with 25 other dates. The Hats will also play at this year's Bristol Festival
